Follow these steps after a Secure Folder has been joined and the user who has joined has been verified and access granted. | |
1. | Open the Control Center either by double-clicking the Atakama shortcut on the desktop or by clicking the "^" button in the system tray menu, then right-clicking on the Atakama icon and clicking on Control Center. |

2. | Open the "Secure Folders" tab. |

3. | Click "Activate" next for the specific Secure Folder. |
| |
4. | The "Activate Location" window will appear. |

| 5. | Click the “Verify” button if a familiar Admin ID is displayed or click “Try Another” in order to select an appropriate Admin. |
6. | Obtain the Profile ID from the user being shared with and enter the missing word (See "How to find a Profile ID" guide for more information). |

7. | Click "Verify". |
8. | Click "Activate Now". |
9. | You will receive a request on your mobile device. Tap "Approve". |

10. | Click "Done" after the location has been activated. |
| |
11. | Open the "Secure Folders" tab in the "Control Center". The Secure Folder should now be associated with the Security Group instead of being unassigned. |
