This article describes how to share an Atakama cloud or network folder among multiple Atakama users.

Sharing via Atakama CloudSync (OneDrive and Google Drive)

1. User who is sharing ("sharer"): Create a Secure Folder (Steps↗).

2. User who is being shared with ("sharee"): Connect Secure Folder to cloud (Steps↗).

3. Sharee: Join Secure Folder (Steps↗).

4. Sharee: Connect Secure Folder to cloud (Steps↗).

5. Sharer: Verify and grant sharee access (Steps↗).

6. Sharee: Verify sharer and activate location (Steps↗).

Sharing via network

1. Sharer: Create a Secure Folder (Steps↗).

2. Sharee: Join a Secure Folder created by the sharer (Steps↗).

3. Sharer: Verify and grant sharee access (Steps↗).

4. Sharee: Verify sharer and activate location (Steps↗).

5. Do not connect the joined Secure Folder to the cloud via Atakama CloudSync.
