This article tells you how to change the display scale on Windows.
The user needs to perform the steps indicated in this article if they experience the following:
Elements are too large compared to the rest of the desktop
Blurry text appears in the application
Some elements, such as buttons, are missing in the window.
Steps
Right-click on the Windows desktop.
Select "Display Settings".
In the "Scale and Layout" section, click the drop-down box and select 100% or 125%.
(optional) In the "Display Resolution" section, click the drop-down box and select a higher resolution (ex: 1280 x 1024).
