The steps in this article should be followed after a user has already joined a Secure Folder. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
1. | Navigate to the "Access Management" window. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

2. | Click the blue "Verify" button. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Note: You will see a red arrow icon for any Atakama Profile that is running an Atakama version that is pre-Oystercatcher. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3. | This only applies to user upgrading from Nightjar and sharing a Nightjar Secure Folder: Enter the Secure Folder's name which is the Global Identifier. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4. | Obtain the Profile ID from the user being shared with and enter the missing word (See "How to find a Profile ID" guide for more information). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5. | Click "Verify". | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6. | The user's profile should be checked by default. Check it manually if necessary. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7. | Click "Grant access to the 1 selected profile(s)". | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8. | Tap "Approve" on your mobile device. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
9. | Access should now be successfully granted. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
