Follow the steps below when two or more users want to establish a shared OneDrive location.
The user initiating the sharing:
1. Log in to OneDrive in the browser.
2. Navigate to the desired namespace and click the sync button to begin syncing with the Documents folder.
3. The synced folder path should be (or similar to): "C:\Users\Username\Workspace A - Documents"
4. Create and name (e.g. "ABC") an Atakama Secure Folder within “C:\Users\Username\Workspace A - Documents” folder. (The Secure Folder path should read “C:\Users\Username\Workspace A - Documents\ABC”.)
5. Create an enterprise-client.config file and share the file with the second user.
The user being shared with:
- Log in to OneDrive in the browser.
- Navigate to the desired namespace and click the sync button to begin syncing with the Documents folder.
- Save the enterprise-client.config file.
Please note: the entire namespace needs to be synced (i.e., the paths need to match) in order to successfully join the shared folder.
