How to unlock a file.

Option 1:

1. Open the Secure Folder that contains the protected file that needs to be unlocked.

2. Right-click on the file.

3. Select Open.

4. Tap “Approve” on the Atakama Mobile app.

1.Open the Secure Folder that contains the protected file that needs to be unlocked.

2. Double click the file (left click).

3. Tap Approve” on the Atakama Mobile app.
