How to verify and grant a user access to a Secure Folder
The steps in this article should be followed after a user has already joined a Secure Folder. |
1. | Navigate to the "Access Management" window. |
| Option 1: a. | Open the Control Center either by double clicking the Atakama shortcut on the desktop or by clicking the "^" button in the system tray menu, then right clicking on the Atakama icon and clicking on Control Center. |

| b. | Open the "Secure Folders" tab. |
| 
| c. | Click the "Sharing" button next to the Secure Folder. The "Access Management" window should appear. (Access Management) |
| 
| Option 2: a. | Open the Quick Look menu by clicking the "^" button in the system tray menu and then clicking on the Atakama icon. |
| 
| b. | Open the Notification Center by clicking on the bell button on the top menu bar. |
| 
| c. | Click on the "Profiles missing access" window for the desired shared folder. |
| 
| d. | The "Access Management" window should appear. (Access Management) |

2. | Click the blue "Verify" button. |
| 
|
3. | Obtain the Profile ID from the user being shared with and enter the missing word (See "How to find a Profile ID" guide for more information). |
| 
|
4. | Click "Verify". |
5. | The user's profile should be checked by default. Check it manually if necessary. |
| 
|
6. | Click "Grant access to the 1 selected profile(s)". |
| 
|
7. | Tap "Approve" on your mobile device. |
8. | Access should now be successfully granted. |
