The following are reasons why you're unable to find or use the folder you created via the cloud storage provider web interface or their desktop software:
- The folder is a sub-folder; we only support folders at the top level and sub-folders are not shown.
- The folder is not empty; folders that contain files not created using Atakama are greyed out.
- The folder was shared with you, but you have not added it to your account (see below).
To add a folder that was shared with you in Google Drive:
Open Google Drive's web interface, click on "Shared with me". Right-click on the folder shared with you and select "Add to My Drive".
To add a folder that was shared with you in Dropbox:
Open Dropbox's web interface, click on Files, then click on Sharing. Click on the folder shared with you and click on "Add".
