Why am I seeing the Provide Access window?

The Provide Access window will appear whenever an Atakama-enabled computer is approved for access to a cloud or network share location that already contains Atakama-encrypted files. New computers that require access to the pre-existing files will need to be approved by another computer that already has access to the pre-existing files.


The time required to obtain full access to the files will vary depending on the number of pre-existing Atakama-encrypted files within the cloud or network share location. The greater number of files the longer the process will take to complete.
